I've known Joel for more than 20 years. I knew he would work hard and he exceeded my expectations. I bought my house in August of 2006. Joel put the offer together and 16 days later I walked in to my new home. Fabulous. I'll go back to Joel when I sell.

Joel served as our Selling Agent as well as our Buying Agent. In both capacities, he was diligent, well informed and absolutely honest.
Joel worked with many contacts, arranged several open-houses and spent a lot of time helping us find the buyer for our Kalispell property. He was tireless in the search for our new home, informed of our needs and determined to locate the right property.
